What size should I get for my dog?
The 300ml suits small dogs and shorter walks. The 500ml is better for medium to large dogs or longer outings. When in doubt, go larger.
Does it leak in my bag?
No. Engage the push-lock before packing and it stays sealed. Customers carry it in bags daily without issue.
How do I clean it?
Rinse after each use and hand wash every few days. If used at the beach, give it a thorough rinse to clear any grit from the mechanism.
Is the plastic safe for my dog?
Yes. BPA-free, food-grade materials throughout. If there's a faint plastic smell initially, a few rinses before first use will clear it.
What if my dog won't drink from it?
